Do you still love it?

There are some shows that we loved to watch on a regular basis and waited every week for the next episode to appear. That show for me was WWE, well some of you might not consider it a show but for me it was more than that.

I remember the first time I saw my first WWE match on a Sunday afternoon, it was a sunny day on March 29, 2010. My parents fed up with a 7 year me handed off the remote and just scolded off to watch some cartoon as they already knew there wasn't a possibility for me to go study. So, watching the same old repeat episodes of Ben 10 made me curious about other channels and while switching channels I reached to "Ten Sports" back in the day unlike today's 1,2,3.

Now, I was fully focused on two men fighting each other "Undertaker & Shawn Michaels", I didn't understand a thing the commentators were speaking, but that wasn't my focus my full attention was on the fight. And then Undertaker jumps off the top of the ring on top off the cameraman, oh now I'm amazed. I hear my dad's cheer out of the blue and then he explains what is happening, he too was a fan of "WWF" but had lost connection after marriage.

From then for the next 10 years, I diligently watched WWE like a true fan and like any other John Cena became a hero for my younger self. It even made me want to become a wrester, so I'd try out moves on my elder brother and vice versa.

I still remember I used to wake up at 4:30 A.M. at least once in April to watch live telecast of WrestleMania, I'd never wake up that early even for my exams, and my friends would wait in front of the class and ask for the results of the matches that had occurred but the main event was the only one I could never watch as I had to leave for school, so I waited in the evening for the repeat telecast and watch the whole thing from the beginning. Those days are something I will never forget.

I bet you also have stories like these, do share in the comments.

Favouritism is it Real?

Hello guys, I hope you are having a great day and enjoying my blogs. Today, we are going to talk about favoritism and whether you’ve ever had any experiences like the one I’m about to share with you. So, let’s dig into it. For those of you who don’t know, I’m a college student, and today I came across something funny yet serious. We had our winter vacation, and it’s been about two weeks since the new semester started. Today, we had a seminar where we were told that two students were going to be awarded participation certificates for submitting articles. Well, that’s great — but after the seminar, I asked some students from my department if they had also submitted articles through some platform. I was astonished to learn that our department head had only messaged those two students individually during the vacation and didn’t even inform other students about this opportunity. At first, I thought maybe the seats were limited, but I later found out that more than 15 students from each depa...

The Egypt Code Breakers: Part 1

Hello everyone, it's been a while sorry for the delay in between the issues, due to some personal problems but now we will make sure that regular posts are here for you to enjoy.  In today's blog we will get to know about the hieroglyphs and the people who played an important role in decoding it.   So, let's begin by understanding about hieroglyphs  and what they depict. Hieroglyphs are the formal writing system used by the ancient Egyptians.  They are composed of pictures, or glyphs, that represent words, sounds, and ideas Unlike our alphabet, which uses letters to represent sounds, hieroglyphs could function in different ways: 1 .  Ideograms:  Some hieroglyphs are pictures that directly represent an object or idea. For example, a picture of a house represents the idea of a house. 2. Phonograms: Other hieroglyphs represent sounds. These can be single consonants or combinations of consonants.  Think of them like our letters, but instead of...

A Birthday Realization

Hello readers, Today along with the start of my blog is my birthday which was one of the major reasons I've started this blog. Today I'm 21 and I feel like I have become quite old. As everyone around me looks small and had a weirdest interaction with a woman just few weeks back who started a conversation with the word "Bhaiya".  Can you imagine a married woman calling me bhaiya there and then I felt like "Oh man, I am getting old, or do I look like one?". This also made my feet move toward the gym faster and instead of lifting weights I went on the Cardio floor and did 30-45 min of cardio. And then ate almost a bowl worth of chocolate mousse cake as you do. This whole experience got me thinking — why not share my daily stories with people who might have gone through the same “Oh no, I’m getting old” moments? Maybe we can laugh, reflect, and figure out this journey together. So, here’s to many more stories, experiences, and a lot of cake. Welcome to my blog!...
